Banana Chocolate Bread, with double chocolate sounds delightful right? Do you have people in your home who are die hard chocolate lovers? Fortunitally I don’t but all my friends are big fan of chocolate. So much so that every time I am out with them they ordered something chocolaty.
A few days ago one of the best things happened in Singapore, actually I would say the best thing since we have moved here. Our dear friend moved to Singapore! Her kids love eating cakes, cookies and all sweet things made of gluten. My friend and her kids they are definitely chocolate lovers so I was thinking of baking something for them. I have never made banana chocolate bread but this time I thought why not as it was kids. To make it more special I added double chocolate to it.
I usually bake orange and chocolate combination but I thought of baking something new for the kids and this was such unbelievable combination.
This Banana Chocolate Bread is delectable. It’s loaded with chocolate, soft with banana flesh and so quick to bake. Try this combination and I promise, you will not be disappointed! 🙂
Serve this bread a little warm with a cup of coffee, my husband says it’s the best combination!
